Out of the Greek word "makrovouti", which means a long-distanced dive, she used the word "mikrovouti" to describe a short-distanced dive. Mikro in Greek means small, short, or young.

mikrovouti is a kids' sustainable brand, with a few pieces for the adults of the family too, as requested by you.

PHILOSOPHY

We only use sustainable materials, such as:

~ GOTS Certified organic cotton.

~ Recycled cotton, made of clean, pre and post-used fabrics and garments.

~ Supreme Greek cotton, grown using sustainable practices.

 

The prints are handmade, water-based, and non-toxic.

The production is proudly made in Greece. 

​

Our famous white pouches and the T-shirts are sewn by SOFFA.gr, a social fashion factory in Athens, which trains and hires human trafficking survivors and refugees, integrating them back into society. 

​

The beach towels are weaved to be water absorbent, lightweight, and fast dry.

No waste is left during the manufacturing process.

Also, they are cool AND practical, since they need so little space in your beach bag!!!

With every purchase, we donate 1 euro to the good cause of your choice.
